A tasty mix of Buckwheat ramen noodles served in a miso soup with Edamame Beans. Simple and quick to prepare, one packet makes a large wholesome bowl of noodles.
Ingredients: Organic Buckwheat Ramen Noodles, *White Miso (*Soya beans, *Rice culture, Aspergillus Oryzae) *Tamari (*Soya Beans),*Edamame (green soya) beans, *Shallots, *Spring Onions, *Mung Bean Sprouts, *Ginger, *Chilli, *Mushrooms, salt.
To prepare: Bring 2 cups (500ml) of water to the boil. Add the noodles. When the noodles have unfolded (about 1 minute) stir with a fork, reduce heat and add the contents of the flavour sachet. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until the noodles are just soft. Add chopped coriander, spring onions or dried seaweed as a garnish. Enjoy!
